Where we ship

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing times (before your order ships)
We sell a mix of handmade, made-to-order items and Printful-fulfilled items. Processing depends on what you order:

  1. Handmade items (made to order) — beadwork + hand-prepped art items

  • Most handmade orders ship in 3–7 business days.

  • Some pieces may take up to 1–2 weeks (or occasionally longer) depending on design complexity, material availability, and order volume.

  • If your order will take longer than expected, we’ll message you through your order contact info.

  1. Printful items (mugs, hats, hoodies, t-shirts, and other apparel)

  • These items are made and shipped by Printful.

  • Production time varies, and shipping starts after production is complete.

Multiple shipments

  • If your order includes both handmade and Printful items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Shipping rates & tracking

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

  • Tracking is provided when available.

Address accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged, missing, or delayed packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form with photos of the item and packaging.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with household members/neighbors and the carrier first, then contact us.
