Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing times (before your order ships)
We sell a mix of handmade, made-to-order items and Printful-fulfilled items. Processing depends on what you order:

Handmade items (made to order) — beadwork + hand-prepped art items

Most handmade orders ship in 3–7 business days.

Some pieces may take up to 1–2 weeks (or occasionally longer) depending on design complexity, material availability, and order volume.

If your order will take longer than expected, we’ll message you through your order contact info.

Printful items (mugs, hats, hoodies, t-shirts, and other apparel)

These items are made and shipped by Printful.

Production time varies, and shipping starts after production is complete.
Multiple shipments

If your order includes both handmade and Printful items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Tracking is provided when available.
Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Damaged, missing, or delayed packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form with photos of the item and packaging.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with household members/neighbors and the carrier first, then contact us.
