We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Items must be returned with original packaging when applicable
Final sale / non-returnable items

Custom or personalized orders (including hand-signed items) are final sale

Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged/defective or you received the wrong item
Printful items (apparel, mugs, hats)
Because these are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

wrong size selection

buyer’s remorse / preference changes
We do replace or refund Printful items if they arrive misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Handmade beadwork (necklaces, bracelets, etc.)

Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and in original condition, unless it is custom/personalized or earrings.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form and include:

order number
-
a short description
-
clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll make it right (replacement or refund depending on the situation).
Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective/incorrect
