Return & Refund Policy (14 Days)

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

Return window

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging when applicable

Final sale / non-returnable items

  • Custom or personalized orders (including hand-signed items) are final sale

  • Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged/defective or you received the wrong item

Printful items (apparel, mugs, hats)
Because these are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • wrong size selection

  • buyer’s remorse / preference changes

We do replace or refund Printful items if they arrive misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Handmade beadwork (necklaces, bracelets, etc.)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and in original condition, unless it is custom/personalized or earrings.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form and include:

  • order number

  • a short description

  • clear photos of the item and packaging
    We’ll make it right (replacement or refund depending on the situation).

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective/incorrect
